If you have an F mode key or an F lock key on your Keyboard, Windows 10 may cause a non-functioning print screen because such keys can disable the print screen key.
If so, you need to enable the print screen key by pressing the F mode key or the F lock key.
Why is the print screen not working on my Laptop?
If you cannot take a screenshot by pressing PrtScn, you can try again by pressing the Fn+ PrtScn.
You can also use the snipping Tools in Tools from the Start menu to take a Screenshot.
