You can easily cancel your theme park reservation from the Disneyland mobile app or from the website Disneyland, all you have to do is sign in to your Disney account.
For Disneyland mobile app:
- Firstly, on the home page of the app, you will see an option that says “Part Reservations” with the theme park listed and the date as well.
- Now, click on “Manage or Make Reservations>”
- Below “My Theme Park Reservations”, simply click on “Cancel Reservation”.
- Then, choose “Who Needs to Cancel?” and then follow the steps to make the necessary cancellations.
As for the desktop version, just log into your Disney account:
- Look for “My Disneyland”.
- Then put your cursor over it and then you will see “Ticket and Reservation Details”.
- Come down and click on “View My Park Reservations>”
- Now click on “Cancel Reservation”.
