How to Fix the Number You Have Dialed is Unallocated

If you can call someone and say, “The dialed number is not assigned,” it has two meanings. The operator is not assigned a number, or the provider is given, but the subscriber is not. To fix the number you have dialed is unallocated.

Each country has a number manager whose job is to assign number blocks to providers. The provider then gives the number to the user from the numbers block.

Unassigned means no owner or user for a specified number. The administrator has assigned it to the provider, but the provider has not set it to the user.

How to Fix the Number You Have Dialed is Unallocated?

The number does exist but is not given because any user does not subscribe to it.

Why would someone use an unallocated number?

Most people in business use unassigned or unallocated numbers. The telephone company allows them this for free.

When the telephone company makes a call, they receive a specific portion of the call charge.

Why did I get a call from an unallocated number?

Whenever you receive a call from an unallocated number, make sure it is spam. Someone calls you over an Internet Protocol phone, and they can use any number they like.

They can even enter your number. Phone numbers are spoofed, and be aware of these types of calls.

Wrong or incorrect number

It is the most apparent reason you receive a call interception message, such as “You have not dialed.” You should check the number to make sure you are calling the right recipient.

Because it is impossible to reach the said number if a single number is missing or exchanged. If you got a number from someone, they made a mistake on the number they gave you.

The spoof number

If you call the number remaining on your caller’s ID, say that you are unavailable when you call.

You are likely to be reaching a fraudulent phone number, so the “you have not dialed the number is not shared” call barrier message.

Spoofed phone numbers are software-generated phone numbers used by spammers, telemarketers, protocols, and scammers.

They make the caller look like an actual number, so people are more likely to answer those calls. This way, you don’t have to worry or engage with them.

Unpaid bills for phone

If you don’t pay your phone bills and the network provider cancels your phone plans.

You will receive a “Do Not Share Dial” call barriers message when others try to call you if the caller is listening to an interception message while calling you.

You will want to review your plan to make sure you are up to date with payments.

Temporary network issues

If you call a number frequently, you receive a message that the number is not shared when you call it once. It can cause some trouble on the part of the network provider.

  • I received the same thing when talking to the recipient less than 20 minutes before I tried calling.
  • I waited for a while and reset the number, and it connected without problems.

Fix 1: Contact Support

If the caller receives a call interception message, you recommend that you call your network provider first.

Suppose you are paid for the bills and do not receive a call.

There is a problem with your mobile operator, and you should be able to resolve the issue.

Fix 2: Delete the number and read

  • If you have called in the past, you likely make a mistake in the number you called.
  • Delete the number from your device and dail on the phone without saving to see if the number passes.
  • You may accidentally add, replace or delete a saved number.

Fix 3: Check the Google Voice settings

If Google Voice displays a call interception message that says, “The dialed number is nir assigned,” the following fixes work.

  • Go to the Google Voice settings page, and make sure your Google Voice Phone number is at the top of the settings.
  • Go here to search for your mobile operator, enter your phone number, and Make sure your phone is correct.
  • Also, go to the Google Voice account recovery page and try recovering with your number to see if you receive a message from Google.
